Day 01: 23rd April Welcome to Istanbul
Welcome to Istanbul, where you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, meet your guide and the rest of your group. Overnight Istanbul Boutique Sirkeci Mansion Hotel.
Day 02: 24th April Istanbul Old City
After breakfast, you enjoy a fully guided tour of the only city to span two continents, visiting the Blue Mosque, St Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace and the Hippodrome. Late in the afternoon we will drive to Harbiye Military Museum for a short visit. Tonight don't miss the optional Turkish Folklore evening.Overnight IstanbulBoutiqueSirkeci Mansion Hotel
Day 03: 25th April Gallipoli
Today we spend the morning at the southern tip of the Gallipoli Peninsula at the Turkish Memorial, Mehmetcik Abide, and Cape Helles to visit the British memorial and V Beach. We then we enjoy a BBQ lunch before heading to the Dawn Service site.
Day 04: 26th April Anzac Day at Gallipoli
Awake before sun rise for the ANZAC Day Dawn Service. We become aware of the almost deafening silence as the moving service to commemorate our fallen forefathers on this special day begins. You will then have the chance to visit the Chunuk Bair Memorial to attend the New Zealand Memorial Service before a late afternoon drive back to Istanbul. Unfortunately the Australian service at the Lone Pine memorial has been cancelled. Overnight Istanbul Boutique Sirkeci Mansion Hotel.
Day 05: 27th April Istanbul
Our tour concludes after breakfast and we bid farewell to our new friends.
