TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS
The payment of the required
deposit or full payment for a reservation on an escorted or independent
tour package constitutes consent to all provisions
of the terms and general information contained in this site.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars & EUROS . We will bill your credit card based on the daily exchange rate stated
by the Central Bank of Turkey for the specific date of the transactions,
which are including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible
for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by your
local bank.
BOOKING PROCEDURES DEPOSITS
Tour Reservations
A 30 % deposit is required upon booking and the full balance will
be charged only upon the starting date of the services commencement.
Cruise Reservations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The
full balance is due 30 days prior to departure date.
Car Rental Reservations
No deposit is required, however a credit card authorization will
be required as guarantee. The full balance will charged 2 days
prior to rental date.
Group Reservations
Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking
based on different services to be rendered. However full balances
are required 1 month prior to commencement of services.
REVISIONS
Revisions made to an existing booking are not subject to any fees
unless otherwise stated in the deposit policy.
PAYMENT
Magnificent TOUR Travel accept Visa and Master Card for payment for all
programs. A credit card authorization form is required for all
transactions and faxed back to our number + 90-212-458 65 70. For
security purposes we require a photocopy of your credit card, your
signature, billing address and home telephone number. No second-party
credit cards will be accepted. Bank money transfers are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Tour Reservations
Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to commencement of services
are subject to a 15% penalty If canceled within 7 business days
deposit will be non-refundable.
Cruise Reservations
Not refundable if canceled within 30 days of departure.
Car Rental Reservations
Less than 3 days prior to rental date, first day rental will be
charged. Group Reservations Cancellation policy will be advised
at time of booking.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific
tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.
DOCUMENTS
Travel documents will be issued according the different services
rendered.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary
by private car, van, minibus, midibus or motor coach depending on
the size of the traveling party.
HOTELS
Hotels are listed in the applicable section of our Website. Unless
otherwise specified, all rooms are "run
of the house" of printing and may be changed without prior notice.
CRUISES
Accommodations are per description in the programs. Cruise lines
and cruise ships may be substituted and itineraries slightly altered.
SEQUENCE OF TOUR PROGRAM
During the national and local holidays, certain periods of conventions,
congresses and other unforeseen events, the Tour Operator may have
to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary)
in the sequence of the tour. Tours that operate during holiday
periods may necessitate changes in hotels and sightseeing. As museums
schedules change, other visits may be substituted on day's museums
are closed.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR RATES
Land rates do not include international flights between the countries
and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary.
Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes,
photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding
of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries,
all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary
tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion
are not included.
RESPONSIBILITY
Magnificent TOUR is responsible in making all the arrangements for
everything specified in the services and itineraries. All of the
carriers,
hotels and other services provided in which we bring together in
our tours work as independent contractors and are not agents or
employees of the company. Nevertheless, all of the service provided
bears Magnificent Travel 's guarantee and responsibility for quality
service, which we provide all of our customers with. All travel
documents
issued by Magnificent Travel , in written paraphernalia or to the
customer, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the
laws of
Turkey. In case any of the services included in our tour packages
cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the
control of the company, than Magnificent Travel is responsible
in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any
resulting difference resulting from customer's choice of the alternatives,
shall be payable by the customer during their stay. Luggage is carried
at the owner's
risk and luggage insurance is recommended.
INSURANCE
Health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance is strongly
recommend.
RESERVATION DETAILS
1. Payment details will be informed to you with
confirmation e-mail and those conditions will be valid for payments.
2. When a client's reservation request is confirmed, client's are
free to request to receive/see all necessary documents of their
reservation and Magnificent Travel Agency guarantees this reservation.
3. Magnificent Travel Agency doesn't have to report weather conditions
without being asked by a client.

c. CANCELLATION TERMS FOR ONLY HOTELS BOOKING.
1. Cancellations must be reported to our reservation
department 72 hours before the check-in date/time. For this proper
cancellation, the fee will only be the $15 pre-payment as a service
charge.
2. For anything less than 72 hours, your reservation
status will be "No-Show". In this case the cancellation fee will be one night's charge.
3. For group/multiple reservations, the fee is
the total cost of the group for one night.4. For no cancellation
notification the full amount of the reservation will be charged
to your credit card.
5. If there is any refunds to be made to your
credit card, the time required for a transaction is at least 15
working days.

TERMS OF SERVICE - HOT RATE HOTEL RESERVATIONS
ONLY
Credit cards for Hot Rate hotel reservations will
be charged the full amount for the reservation including all taxes
and applicable service fees at the time of booking. Reservations
may be changed or cancelled anytime within the appropriate hotels
cancellations policy period at a charge indicated on the applicable
website. Upon arrival and check in at a hotel, you are responsible
for the entire length of stay. No refunds or credits will be issued
for any nights reserved but not consumed. Cancellations made after
the hotel cancel policy period has lapsed or no shows will be charged
according to the hotels cancellation policy (although the cancellation
charge usually equals one nights room rate plus tax, you should
look to the specific hotels policies for the exact charges that
you may incur). No contract will exist between you and MTA (or its
affiliates) until MTA has sent you an email with a pre-payment voucher
that you will present to the appropriate hotel at the time of your
check in.
