Day-by-day itinerary
Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport, where a local representative will meet you and arrange your transfer to your hotel in Amman. Check-in is available after 14:00. The remainder of the day is free. Overnight in Amman.
After breakfast, travel to Madaba and visit St. George’s Church to see its historic mosaic map. Continue to Mount Nebo for views across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Later, visit the Dead Sea for free time to swim, float in the mineral-rich water or try the mud. Return to Amman in the evening. Overnight in Amman.
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, drive south to Petra via the Desert Highway. Enter the archaeological site through the Siq and see Al-Khazneh, known as the Treasury. Continue to explore Petra’s main monuments, which may include the Royal Tombs, Roman Theater and High Place of Sacrifice. A local English-speaking guide is included from the Visitor Center to the Treasury; confirm in advance if you require a guide for the rest of the site. Overnight in Petra.
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, travel from Petra to Wadi Rum. Take the included 2-hour 4x4 jeep safari through the desert landscape, with its canyons, dunes and sandstone formations. After the safari, drive back to Amman. Overnight in Amman.
