Acceptance of Terms
Any deposit or payment received by Magnificent Travel for a confirmed travel package or service constitutes the traveler's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The person making the reservation confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
Each traveler must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months' validity beyond the intended date of return, unless a different validity period is required by the destination country.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining all required passports, visas, travel authorizations, vaccinations, and other entry documentation applicable to the countries they intend to visit. Magnificent Travel shall not be held responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or any additional expenses arising from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
Magnificent Travel does not provide travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering, at a minimum, medical expenses, emergency assistance, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss or delay, and personal liability.
Travel insurance is particularly recommended where cancellation charges or supplier penalties may apply and refunds are not available under these Terms & Conditions. Magnificent Travel accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses that would otherwise be covered by an appropriate travel insurance policy.

Government taxes, airport taxes, security charges, airline-imposed fees, city taxes, and any other charges imposed by local authorities or third-party suppliers are also excluded unless expressly stated as included in the package.
