The longer format allows more time around the archaeological sites and reduces the pressure of moving through Jordan in a shorter schedule. After breakfast at 08:30, enjoy a guided tour of Istanbul. Visit the historic Hippodrome of Constantinople, including the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, and Fountain of Wilhelm II. Continue to the iconic Blue Mosque and the magnificent Hagia Sophia. After lunch, explore the atmospheric Basilica Cistern, famous for its ancient columns and underground beauty. Overnight in Istanbul.

After breakfast at 08:30, visit the historic Spice Bazaar, also known as the Egyptian Bazaar, famous for its colorful spices, sweets, and local products since 1665. Continue with a memorable Bosphorus cruise, sailing between Europe and Asia along one of the world’s most scenic waterways. Transfer to the airport at 15:00 for your flight to Nevsehir at 18:45. Upon arrival at 20:10, and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

After breakfast at 10:00, enjoy a full-day tour of North Cappadocia. Visit Uchisar Castle for panoramic views, followed by Rose Valley, Pasabag, and the Zelve Open Air Museum, famous for fairy chimneys and cave dwellings. After lunch, continue to Devrent Valley and Three Beauties, then visit the charming towns of Urgup and Avanos, known for traditional pottery. After the tour, return to the hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.
