Acceptance of Terms
Any deposit or payment made to Magnificent Travel for a confirmed travel package or service constitutes the traveler's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The person making the reservation confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.
Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
Each traveler must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months' validity beyond the intended date of return, unless otherwise required by the destination country.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, travel authorizations, vaccinations, and other entry documentation applicable to the countries they intend to visit. Magnificent Travel cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
Travel Insurance
Magnificent Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Travel insurance should include, but is not limited to:
- Medical expenses and emergency assistance
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Flight delays or missed connections
- Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
- Personal liability
- Emergency evacuation where applicable
Magnificent Travel does not provide travel insurance and accepts no liability for losses or expenses that would otherwise be covered under an appropriate insurance policy.
Tips, Taxes & Additional Charges
Unless specifically stated in the tour inclusions, the following are not included in the package price:
- Tips for guides, drivers, hotel staff, or cruise personnel
- Government taxes
- Airport taxes or security charges
- Airline-imposed fees
- City or accommodation taxes
- Any additional charges imposed by local authorities or service providers
Gratuities remain entirely at the traveler's discretion.
Items Not Included
Unless specifically listed under "What's Included," package prices do not include:
- Room service
- Laundry services
- Beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- Personal expenses
- Optional excursions or activities
- Travel insurance
- Telephone charges
- Mini-bar expenses
- Visa fees
- Airport departure taxes (where applicable)
- Any item not specifically stated as included
Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation to secure all travel arrangements.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date, regardless of the booking date.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date written notification is received by Magnificent Travel.
Where refunds are applicable, they will be made only after Magnificent Travel has received the corresponding refunds from hotels, airlines, cruise companies, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
An administrative fee of EUR 100 per person applies to all eligible cancellations.
Individual Bookings
Domestic flights and ferry tickets are non-refundable once issued.

Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability
Magnificent Travel acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transportation providers, restaurants, guides, and other service providers.
All such services are provided by independent contractors over whom Magnificent Travel has no direct control. Accordingly, Magnificent Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, accident, expense, or change arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or default of any third-party supplier.
Without limitation, Magnificent Travel shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, missed connection, schedule change, overbooking, mechanical failure, labor dispute, strike, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, government action, political unrest, terrorism, war, civil disturbance, weather conditions, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Travelers acknowledge that itinerary changes may occasionally become necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control. Magnificent Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, transportation, sightseeing arrangements, or other services with alternatives of similar quality without prior notice whenever reasonably necessary.
Any additional expenses resulting from such circumstances, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transportation, visa fees, or personal expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Magnificent Travel shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of luggage, personal belongings, travel documents, or valuables during the trip.
Participation in optional activities is entirely at the traveler's own risk.
By confirming a reservation, each traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agrees that any claims relating to the travel arrangements shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing Magnificent Travel's operations.
